Once you place an order, we have a celebratory ritual! After which we process your order, and get it prepared for delivery. Once it is dispatched, we will notify you via an email, which will also contain the tracking link for your order. You will also receive notifications via SMS for updates on your order. Oh! But just a second, we haven’t told you about the payment options! So, here they are. Feel free to pay through your credit or debit card, or through net-banking. Not much of an online payer, don’t worry, we have Cash-on-Delivery facility as well! However, while placing the order, simply check if we provide the COD facility in your area. You can do so by entering your pin code for your order to see if the service is available.
While we have a pan-India presence and are happy to deliver your order wherever is it that you want us to, it’s always in your advantage to enter your pin code in the pin code checker on the product(s) of your choice to check the delivery availability.

Well, we do not want to keep you waiting for long, after all, fashion changes in the blink of an eye! That’s why we make all the requisite arrangements for your order to reach you within 7- 10 working days of time. Patience is the key here!
Non-Receipt of Order
Just in case you haven’t received the order within the expected time, try tracking it through the link we’ve mailed. In case that doesn’t help, we always have your back. Just mark us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you sort things out!
Unable to Track Order
Don’t worry, not that your order has been stolen on the way! Just in case you can’t work things out with the tracking details, just mark us a mail at email@example.com, and we’ll find it for you! Don’t forget to mention your order number in the mail, for a speedy reply.
Once you receive the product, we’re more than just sure that you’re going to fall in love with it! However, if it’s not as pleasant a surprise as you were expecting or you seem to have any issues regarding the size, do reach out to us within 4-5 days of receiving the product! As always, feel free to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure that you communicate your order number. This being done, within no time, we’ll send a courier person to receive the order back from you, packed and sealed in its original packing. Voila! It’s done.
You can do the same, in case you think that the product is defective in any manner, so that we can conduct a quality check on the same, before reaching you again.
NOTE: When a reverse pickup is arranged, a courier person will give you a call before the pickup happens for confirmation. Please attend their call because they need you to confirm the reverse pickup to avoid any errors.
In case you like the product, but only wish to get the size changed, don’t worry at all! Simply reach us with 4-5 days of receiving the product, and our courier person will be at your doorstep to collect the parcel packed and sealed in its original packing. Once we receive the same, we’ll send out the size of your choice! Convenient, isn’t it? However, in case we don’t have the required size, we’ll be more than happy to refund you the amount for the same as your Tryfa Store Credit!
Though that has a one in a million chance of happening but in case you do get the wrong shipment, feel free to call us and even rebuke us. Needless to say, we dearly regret the inconvenience caused to you.
