Getting Started - Click on + to Explore...

  • Woohoo! We are glad that you want to be a part of India's upcoming finest fashion portal for women where you choose and customize your attire as per the occasion.

    Register through email id: Simply click on Create an Account, at the top left corner of the homepage. Fill in your details, hit Join and voila! You are done. A verification email will be sent to you for confirmation.

    Register through Facebook & Google+: Click on Create an Account at the top left corner of the homepage and choose Login with Facebook or Google +. Ensure you are already logged into your Facebook account. Follow the process as per the instructions.

  • Sad to hear that! This could be possible only if you may have provided a wrong email address. You could also check your spam folder. If you still don’t find it, simply write us at care@tryfa.com to ask for assistance.

  • If you know Username & Password: Simply click on Login, at the top left corner of the homepage and fill in your registered email ID and password. Facebook & Google + Login: Users can also log in using their Facebook and Google account. Keep your Facebook/Google Plus account open before you browse the website

Orders

  • Browse through the website and select the desired products. Choose the correct size, quantity and add them to your shopping bag. If you want to shop more click the ‘Continue Shopping’ or else click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Fill in the required details in our hazel free one page check out form and select mode of payment. Press Confirm order, you will be redirected to the payment gateways for the payments and you are done.!

  • Yes you read it correctly. We also have added an express check out option for the buyers who love to go in full pace without wasting time. While viewing the products on the all product page, simply click on quick view. A pop up window will open, select colour and size and hit express checkout. Fill in the required details in our hazel free one page check out form and select mode of payment. Press Confirm order, you will be redirected to the payment gateways for the payments and you are done!

  • We will do a little dance once we receive your order. Your order is processed for delivery of your product which you can expect within 7-10 working days. An email and SMS will be sent to keep you updated on the order status. You will receive an email and SMS containing order tracking details, once we dispatch the order from our end.

  • We request to you sip your coffee and wait till the delivery date. In case the calendar has crossed the delivery date, you may track your order with the order tracking link sent to your registered email id. If that does not help, what are we here for? Just mark us a mail on care@tryfa.com. Request you too mention your order number in it for speedy resolution.

Tracking Orders

  • An email or SMS notification is sent to you during different stage while we process your order. The email sent when we dispatch your order has the tracking details for the package. You can also mark us a mail at care@tryfa.com to get more details. You can also use the option Track Your Order on the right side of the website to track your order.

  • Orders are dispatched from our end at the earliest possible date. The average delivery time is 7 – 10 working days. However, some orders may take a bit longer since we get the clothes stitched especially for you once you place the order on our website.

  • Our aim is to deliver your order within the desired time, but if it gets delayed you can give us a dose on email at care@tryfa.com

Sizing

  • While placing the order, please check the size chart, provided with every product. If you are still confused or would like some help, you may reach us at care@tryfa.com and we would be happy to help you.

  • Just mark us a mail at care@tryfa.com and we will help you out with sizing.

Shipping & Payment

  • Though we have tried to cover every possible area, you may enter your pin code to check the delivery availability. You can check this separately for each product.

  • You can pay using your credit card/debit card or using net banking with us. You can also opt for Cash on Delivery.

  • Given below is the link of pin codes where we have Cash on Delivery service. If your pin code is listed here, you can avail Cash on Delivery service in your area.

  • If your pin code does not have Cash on Delivery service, you can place an order with us using your credit card/debit card or net banking. If those are not options for you, then just provide us an alternate delivery address where Cash on Delivery is available and we will deliver your order there.

  • Smile Please! We provide free shipping all over India

  • At present we only cater to Indian market and are not catering to International market. If you wish to be a part of TRYFA family, you can provide us an Indian address to deliver, we would be happy to serve you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not happy with the product, or you have some size issues, just reach out to us within 4-6 days of receiving the order. Write to us at care@tryfa.com. Make sure to mention your order number and we will send a courier person to pick up the product from you. You need to pack the product back in its original packing and seal it. Hand over the packet to the courier person and as soon as we have it back, we will refund the amount you paid as Tryfa store credit. You can use this credit to buy anything from the website.
    NOTE: When a reverse pickup is arranged, a courier person will give you a call before the pickup happens for confirmation. Please attend their call because they need you to confirm the reverse pickup to avoid any errors.

  • In case of exchanging the product for a different size, follow the same steps as mentioned in what is return/exchange policy and let us know what size you would like. Once the return packet is received, we will dispatch the new size for you. In case, the required size is not available, we will refund the amount to you as Tryfa store credit. NOTE: When a reverse pickup is arranged, a courier person will give you a call before the pickup happens for confirmation. Please attend their call because they need you to confirm the reverse pickup to avoid any errors.

  • Just in case you get a defective product or have some size issues with the product, get in touch with us within 4-5 days of receiving the order. Write to us at care@tryfa.com. We will send a courier person to pick up the product from you. Pack the product back in its original packing and seal it. Hand the packet over to the courier person and as soon as we have it back, we will do a quality check and refund the total amount.

  • Oops! Our bad! How could we do this to you? We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please feel free to email us at care@tryfa.com, and we will assist you with further process.

  • In case we cannot provide reverse pickup service in your area, and you need to exchange/return your product, please courier it to us at the following address: The Returns Desk,

    We will refund your entire amount plus the amount you spent on the courier to your Tryfa account as store credit, which you can use to buy anything from the website.

  • As soon as we receive the product, which usually takes 3-4 working days after pickup, the refund is made in your account in the form of Tryfa Credit points.

  • How do I track my returned order ?

Tryfa Credit Points

  • Tryfa credit points are store credits issued to you in case of refunds. These are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used to buy anything from the website.
    NOTE: When a reverse pickup is arranged, a courier person will give you a call before the pickup happens for confirmation. Please attend their call because they need you to confirm the reverse pickup to avoid any errors.

  • On the checkout page, look for - Redeem Points. Just drag the scale to the amount you want to redeem and click on Proceed to Checkout. On the payment page, select No Payment Information Required and simply place the order.

Some Other Questions

  • We strive hard to bring back the bestselling products as frequently as possible. Just in case your favourite product is out of stock, you can add the same in your wish list and we’ll update you as soon it comes back in stock.

  • If a product you like is out of stock and you would want to buy it as soon as it is back, just add the same in your wish list. We will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

  • The products will stay for 48Hrs in your cart, after which the will get vanish from your cart.
